Come Join the FUN!

The registration cost is $40.00. All boys and girls, ages 3 to 17 years old are eligible.  Participant must have turned 3 years old before August 1, 2012. 

Find mail-in forms at Freedom Bank (Belington and Philippi locations), Laurel Mountain Inn Restaurant, Hometown Pizzeria, Mace’s Pharmacy.  When mailing, registration forms must be postmarked by June 27, 2012.

Registration forms can be printed from the link below and either mailed in or hand delivered to one of the sign-up locations.  Forms will also be available at the locations below.

Registration Locations 

June 2nd:  9am - 2pm at the Belington Soccer Fields.

June 23rd:  1pm-4pm at Belington Shop 'n Save, Maces Pharmacy (Philippi location) and Tacy Community Building.

June 26th:  5pm-8pm at Mace's Pharmacy (Philippi location)

June 30th:  9am-12pm at Mace's Pharmacy (Philippi Location), Belington Shop 'n Save and Tacy Community Building.
